A time before Cheesesteaks...

I remember a time before cheesesteaks. Life was toned with mere shades of black and white. Then I took my first bite into a cheesesteak made at Lee's hogies when I was a wee toddler and life took on a hole new meaning. I went from place to place, store front to store front to find out what kind of cheesesteak I liked the best. Finally when I thought I found the best cheesesteak, I got myself a job cooking cheesesteaks!!! It turns out that I make the best CHST EVER!!!!!!
I saute the onions, and hot peppers on the grill for about 40 sec. Then I squirt some water on the onions and peppers to give it a nice caramelization. Then I place the steak directly on top of the onions and hot peppers on the grill and season with salt and pepper. I then take the spatula and chop, chop, chop. The flavor of the peppers and onions really gets into the meats. When the meat is almost cooked through, I put some sauce on the steak, mix it in, and then cover with some provo ch. Then, I squirt some more water in the steak to melt the cheese deep into the essence of the steak. Finally I scoop it up off the grill and fill it between the cracks of an AMOROSO ROLL!!!!!!!! The role is a crucial ingredient in itself, almost as important as the steak! Then I eat. Ahhhhhhhhhhhh, pass me a coke to accompany my steak. Thank you for letting me share my feelings on a very sentimental subject. I'm gonna go get a steak from Delsandros on henry ave. in beautiful Roxborough. Happy steaking...
